With team members having many years of experience in the industry, we have built a strong reputation for a hands-on approach to our arts & cultural events, opportunities to learn from experts, see live exhibitions and foster a community here in Dover. Our team brings together a wealth of knowledge and graduate expertise in various firing techniques, glazing, sculpture, throwing, hand building, kiln building, running their own businesses and creating large scale events that everybody can attend.
At the core of our operations are our shared values of arts involvement and curisoty, skill sharing, and learning for either professional development or lifelong learning. We foster a culture of getting 'hands-on and creative' through clay materials, encourage teamwork and confidence in choosing a career in the creative industries.
